While leading communications for Thistle as their agency partner, we tapped into a cultural tension point surrounding the negative impact of COVID on restaurants. I developed and led a CSR campaign that incentivized West Coasters to support local restaurants in exchange for Thistle credit. In addition to building brand awareness in Thistle’s target markets, the campaign garnered 60+ new customers for Thistle and drove over $35K in revenue for local restaurants across the West Coast.
